Lettings Information
We operate on a No Let No Fee basis and there are no upfront fees.
We provide the following 2 services for landlords:
1. FULL MANAGEMENT at the following rates:-
Unfurnished / part furnished properties 10% +VAT or 9% + VAT if 5 or more properties are let through 122property!
Furnished properties or Houses let in rooms 12.5% + VAT
2. FIND A RENTER
Finders Fee of one calendar months rent up to £650.00* including VAT
This includes full display advertising and accompanied viewings.
*There are special rates for more expensive housing please contact us to discuss.
With both services we offer credit checks on possible or current tenants, drawing up assured short hold tenancies, advertising and setting up of standing orders for rent payments.
